January 6, 2013, The Coca-Cola Polo Team vs Villa del Lago in the 20 goal Herbie Pennell Cup final played at IPCPB.

January 6, 2013, An exciting opening Sunday at IPCPB for the final of the 20 goal Herbie Pennell Cup and the official opening Sunday of the high goal polo season. In today's final, Coca-Cola defeated Villa del Lago in OT 13-12 (winning goal by Julio Arellano) - MVP was awarded to Polito Pieres of Villa del Lago. Opening Sunday's guest celebrity at opening ceremonies & awards presentation was Bo Derek - Everyone enjoyed a great day at polo!! In the earlier 20 goal Pennell Subsidiary match, Lechuza Caracas defeated La Herradura (see gallery below).

Coca-Cola defeated Villa del Lago in OT 13-12 (winning goal by Julio Arellano) - MVP was awarded to Polito Pieres of Villa del Lago.

January 3, 2013, An exciting day at IPCPB for the official start of the high goal polo season and the 2 games of the 20 goal Herbie Pennell Cup. In today's single elimination round, Villa del Lago defeated La Herradura in OT 12-11 (winning goal by Polito Pieres with the penalty shot) and in a 3pm game that didn't disappoint the filled sidelines, Coca-Cola defeated Lechuza Caracas 11-8. Sunday's final at 3pm on the Piaget field will see last year's finalists competing again - Villa del Lago vs Coca-Cola. Lechuza Caracas will play La Herradura in the subsidiary match at Noon. You will need tickets for Sunday's games so please check the IPC website.
