Sunday, April 24, 2016: Orchard Hill and Dubai met as undefeated teams and played the most exciting game of the 2016 high-goal polo season at IPC as they battled it out, going into sudden-death 7th chukker overtime. Orchard Hill made the final goal, claiming the final of the 112th USPA U.S. Open Polo Championship. Facundo Pieres was awarded the MVP and 'Diva Dos' was named the Best Playing Pony of the Open, receiving the Willis Hartman Trophy honoring the Best Playing Ponies of the U.S. Open Finals. Wednesday April 20, 2016:
An Exciting day of semifinals in the U.S. Open Polo Championships. All 4 teams played their best games of the season, relentlessly scoring goals, fighting back hard and keeping all of us on the edge of our seats. In the end, only 2 teams can make it to the final - both undefeated teams, Orchard Hill and Dubai remained undefeated, defeating their opponents in the semifinals and will face each other in Sunday's final of the 112 26-goal U.S. Open Polo Championships. Sunday April 17, 2016:
Audi and Orchard Hill advance to the semifinals. White Birch defeated Lucchese and Audi defeated Valiente. Audi will face undefeated Dubai and White Birch will face undefeated Orchard Hill in Wednesday's semifinals. Visit our Sunday Photo Gallery of Audi vs Valiente for all coverage.

April 17, 2016: Gonzalito Pieres takes the ball to goal for Audi in the quarterfinals of the 26-goal U.S. Open Polo Championships at IPC.

Thursday April 14, 2016: After the 3rd round of play, Dubai and Orchard Hill remain undefeated within their assigned Bracket and advance directly to the semifinals. White Birch, Lucchese, Audi and Valiente will face each other in the mini-quarter finals this Sunday to determine the last 2 semifinal spots in the 112 USPA 26-goal U.S. Open Polo Championships.

over Coca-Cola, advancing them to the quarterfinals for a chance at the

*** Semifinal Pairings: If the winning quarterfinalists are from different brackets,
they will play the bracket winner they have not already played. If both
quarterfinal winners are from the same bracket, bracket I winner will draw
between the two, and bracket II winner will play the other.
