The Piaget Gold Cup sets the standards for the USPA 26-goal tournaments played during the 2015 high goal polo season at IPCPB in Wellington, FL with games beginning March 5th, 2015 & concluding with the final on the 22nd of March. The 26-goal USPA Gold Cup, first played in 1974 at the Oakbrook Polo Club in Illinois, is a symbol of professionalism, good sportsmanship and high-goal polo at its finest. This tournament has been played at various polo clubs throughout its history and since 2007, the International Polo Club Palm Beach has proudly hosted this prestigious event. Further adding to the tournament’s high status, Piaget, a prominent world-renown watchmaker, is the title sponsor of the USPA Gold Cup Tournament for their 8th consecutive year.

March 22, 2015: Audi/Millarville defeated Orchard Hill 16-15 in OT in Sunday's 3pm final of the USPA 26-goal Piaget Gold Cup on the Engel & Volkers field main stadium at International Polo Club in Wellington, FL.

March 22, 2015: A super exciting final as 2 undefeated teams met each other in the final of the USPA 26-goal Piaget Gold Cup final at IPC. Audi/Millarville defeated Orchard Hill 16-15 in OT, winning goal by Gonzalito Pieres on a penalty 3. Gonzalito Pieres was named the MVP of the 26-goal USPA Piaget Gold Cup final and his mare 'Rosparita' was awarded the Best Playing Pony honors.

March 22, 2015 Rosparita, owned/played by Gonzalito Pieres was named the Best Playing Pony of
the Piaget Gold Cup final at International Polo Club Palm Beach.

March 18, 2015: Orchard Hill defeated Alegria 13-12 in OT, winning goal by Polito Pieres. Audi/Millarville defeated Las Monjitas in the 1st semifinal advancing to Sunday's final round of the USPA 26-goal Piaget Gold Cup.

March 15, 2015: Alegria & Las Monjitas advance to the semifinals after Sunday's quarterfinal rounds in the USPA 26-goal Piaget Gold Cup. The noon match saw Alegria take out the defending champions, Valiente, who despite having the #1 rated polo player in the world on their team, were unable to match up to the determination of Alegria - See below for photos.

Later in the day, Lechuza Caracas faced off against Las Monjitas in the 3 p.m. featured match on the Engel & Volkers field at International Polo Club Palm Beach, but despite a hardy effort, Las Monjitas took the win and the 2nd spot of the semifinals - See below for photos.
